Rolling Thunder Saloon was opened in January 2020 on this site that the infamous Beatle Bar operated since 2001 known internationally for its tawdry reputation. But it was time for a change and the new owner saw an opportunity to create a new venue that Jaco was sorely lacking. The goal was to create a eclectic look and atmosphere with a mixture of Key West, Cheers, HardRock and Margaritaville themes with a Costa Rica influence. The result is an international Restaurant/Bar with great ambience and atmosphere with a clientele of different cultures that come to experience a great variety of food, the coldest beer and exotic drink specials. This along with a variety of live music, sports broadcast and much more has resulted in a perfect place
