Electric Lemonade #3 contains Vodka, Blue Curacao, Sweet and sour, and 7-Up. All you have to do is combine all ingredients except 7-up in a shaker filled with ice. Pour into a hurricane glass. Top with 7-up. Garnish with lemon slice.
