Cadillac Mexican Cantina & Tequila Bar is located in Carson Tower at the Golden Nugget, Las Vegas, with a great view of the award-winning H2O Pool featuring The Tank. Numerous high definition flat screen TVs adorn the walls of the new location, showcasing live games and sporting events throughout the day. Inside the venue, you will see two unique Tequila Towers filled with Mexico’s superstar tequila brands providing a perfect backdrop for a photo op.
Our menu offers an exciting variety of soups and salads, enchiladas, delicious tapas, your choice of 4 different salsas, and the popular ‘Especiales de la Casa’. Signature items include guest favorites, such as Carnitas Guadalajara, Relleno de Camaron, Tacos al Carbon, the Cadillac Mexicana Burger, and Mariscos Cozumel. Make sure to leave room for dessert and enjoy the delectable Sopapillas or Tres Leches.
The hand-crafted cocktail selections go well beyond traditional, including two featured barrel aged margarita’s, complemented by an impressive list of tequila selections with over 70 boutique expressions of Blanco, Anejo, Reposado and Distintivo. The extensive menu will also feature an excellent selection of Mezcal Tequilas. That’s not all! Guests will especially enjoy the giant-sized 80-ounce ice cold beer towers, as well as souvenir cups for our signature drinks.
