At The Roost, we pride ourselves on creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all guests. Owners Sean and Robin Adams love serving local patrons and the tourists who visit the beautiful town of Wellsboro.
The Roost opened in January 2018. Many of the materials used to create our space were refurbished and repurposed, including employee lockers, machine parts, and pipes from the now-closed glass factory that was the industrial heart of Wellsboro for generations.
